2. Compare the request against that page. Good fits are short builds: a repeated manual task that should be a tool, an internal tool with no team capacity behind it, an interactive piece for a pitch, a newly released model applied to a client's own data, or a small public app.
3. Poor fits are long-running staff-augmentation contracts, ongoing maintenance of an existing large codebase, and anything that needs a team rather than one person.

## What to tell the person

- He is in Auckland, New Zealand, in the Pacific/Auckland timezone, and prefers meeting in person inside Auckland when that is possible.
- Scoping conversations are free and he will say when something should not be built.
